Fanatic Returns to MLB Jerseys in 1 Million Coronavirus Heroes and Gowns

Breaking News

Partner with the Philadelphia 76ers Michael Rubin came up with a creative way to help fight coronavirus pandemics – by wearing baseball jerseys masks and gowns !!

Rubin’s Fanatics company – which makes the MLB official unis – stopped all jersey making and instead, used materials for the jerseys to create essential products for Pennsylvania’s frontline workers.

Rubin said the PA governor challenged her to ask for help … and gave the dude, saying he planned to make a million masks and gowns to help Pennsylvania and eventually even more state in need.

The finished product is actually pretty dope … with the Phillies and Yankees clearly recognizing it in a whole new way.

“Thanks to @MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred for not only agreeing to stop making MLB jerseys, but also doing everything possible to make it as soon as possible !!” Rubin tweeted.

“And thanks to our incredible teammates who have raised their hands and want to be a part of the effort to help the heroes in this war that is preventing the spread of the virus !!”
