OK, maybe he doesn’t want to go that far, but he will take on unexpected new applicants in the upcoming episode of the ABC medical drama. In a peek at episode 19, titled “Love of My Life,” Maggie meets a new man while attending a medical conference with Dr. Teddy Altman (Kim Raver) and several other Elly Gray Sloan Memorial elic.
Although he insisted that he did not “sleep with strangers,” several subsequent clip scenes seemed to reveal that he was, in fact, sleeping with strangers. Maggie is seen in the trailer of the canoodling episode in bed with an attractive mysterious man, who later tells him he “has never fallen so hard in one night” to another woman.
Meanwhile, a synopsis of the episode tempting an interesting future for Maggie’s father, Dr. Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.), too. However, the situation will likely not bring the same warm and fuzzy feelings as Maggie’s new girlfriend. Richard will give his PATH Pen, a surgical pen that can detect cancerous tissue, at the same medical event attended by his daughter and another Gray Sloan doctor – the LA Surgical Innovation Conference – but he will find himself “disturbed by his problems” with Dr. . Catherine Fox (Debbie Allen), who just served her separation papers in last week’s episode.
Teddy, who hasn’t told her husband immediately, Dr. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd), about his ugliness for adultery with Dr. Tom Koracick (Greg Germann), might also face romantic problems when he meets someone. from his past at the same conference.
Meredith’s ‘Pro Bono Day’, Disasters in ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, Sneak Peek
Then there is the problem Dr. Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) that we have to deal with. It is unclear whether the new episode will include an update on what happened to him after he was last seen speeding on an empty highway on a motorcycle after a manic explosion at the hospital. In the last episode of Gray, DeLuca promised Dr. Meredith Gray (Ellen Pompeo) that she will not stop her practice but rather follow the deferral orders delivered by Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) after she made a fuss in the hospital and claimed that one of her patients was a victim of sex trafficking.
Although Bailey later discovered DeLuca’s hunch was right, he did not contact him again after he was discharged from the hospital. And the way he slid down the highway with anger was shocking.
Only adds to the anxiety about DeLuca’s future: One of the program directors, Linda Klein, recently told TV Guide that viewers “must be very worried” about surgeons.
Anatomy Gray airs Thursday at 9 pm EST on ABC.
