Jamie Redknapp has spoken a phrase that no Liverpool fan in the world may currently want to hear.
The Reds are overwhelming favorites to win their first Premier League title since 1990 after a record-breaking start to the season.
Jürgen Klopp’s men were ridiculously good during this term. Even phenomenal.
They remain undefeated after 21 games and score 61 out of a possible 63 points.

TO LOSE THEM? Roberto Firmino prevailed in the last Premier League win against Tottenham against Liverpool
It’s the best start to the season for a club in Europe’s top 5 leagues, and it’s on its way to breaking the record for a month’s earliest title if its current form continues.
But even the most passionate and dedicated Liverpool fans want to avoid tempting fate.
If most fans were so relaxed at the league summit, they would be confident of winning the title in May, but being at the top this time of the year was an oddly bad omen for the Reds.
In the past ten years, only THREE TEAMS have been at the top at Christmas and have not become champions – Liverpool [08/09], Liverpool [13/14] and Liverpool [18/19].
After the nervous 1-0 win against Tottenham last weekend, the Reds’ next test will face Manchester United – the only team that Klopp has taken points this season – at Anfield on Sunday.
And Redknapp believes that even losing to the Red Devils will not be enough to throw Liverpool off the track.
“The title is done,” the former Red midfielder told talkSPORT. “Liverpool is too strong this year. It is impossible for them to throw this away now. “

REST DOWN, REST DOWN: Liverpool have a huge lead in the Premier League, but with 17 games anything can still happen
I am a Liverpool fan myself and am currently writing.
Redknapp also played a part in the Virgil van Dijk debate after Arsenal Invincible Martin Keown described the Dutchman as “the best defender in the history of the Premier League”.
These comments sparked controversy, especially as he played at a time when his Arsenal captain Tony Adams, Chelsea legend John Terry and Manchester United duo Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic played the leading roles.
But Redknapp claims that no player has ever changed a team like Van Dijk since arriving in Anfield.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen a player in my life who single-handedly changed a team the way he did,” he added.
According to Martin Keown, Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk is the best central defender in Premier League history
“I know goalkeeper Alisson did a good job, but if you took Van Dijk off the Liverpool team for an extended period of time they would be really good, but they wouldn’t be as great as they are now.”
“He just changes everything. He is so calm and so good on the ball. “
Redknapp also said: “Liverpool has created something very special and it is no accident.
“It is a culture that they created by buying the right players. There are no egos, everyone wants to participate.”
