Meghan to narrate Disney character film in 1st put up-royal career

Meghan to narrate Disney nature film in first post-royal job

Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, has her 1st put up-royal position: narrating a Disney documentary about elephants.

Disney introduced Thursday that the duchess, who is married to Prince Harry, is lending her voice to Elephant, to be produced April 3 on the Disney+ streaming support.

It is really one of a series of animal- and mother nature-themed capabilities produced to mark Earth Month.

The film follows an elephant household on a 1,600-kilometre journey throughout the Kalahari Desert.

Two new motion pictures, two unforgettable journeys. Begin streaming Disneynature’s Elephant, narrated by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, and Disneynature’s Dolphin Reef, narrated by Natalie Portman, on April 3, only on #DisneyPlus.

Harry and Meghan stunned the entire world in January by saying that they were being quitting as senior royals, relinquishing official obligations and seeking monetary independence. Given that late final calendar year they have been based mostly on Vancouver Island, and will officially end royal obligations on March 31.

The grandson of Queen Elizabeth II married the American actress Meghan Markle at Windsor Castle in May well 2018, in a ceremony viewed by tens of millions around the earth. The pair later on claimed they identified scrutiny by the British media — which they explained tipped into harassment — intolerable.
