A Lake Worth Beach man is repeatedly accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old.

A Lake Worth Beach man who has been repeatedly accused of sexually abusing an 8-year-old child was arrested Wednesday, more than a year after law enforcement began investigating him.

Pedro Juan Francisco, known as Ave, encounters a minor’s two sexual battery charges. On Thursday, a judge ordered a 24-year-old to remain in prison without the possibility of bail.

In October 2018, Palm Beach County sheriff’s investigators spoke with a child who said that Francisco forced the child to perform sex on him several times. The child thinks that feeling “sad” and “terrible” when Francisco did so, record the state.

The location of their reported assaults will be removed from the sheriff’s records, as will the relationship between the child and Francis.

Once, an older sister of a child walked in to find Francisco’s zipper pants. She said she suspected she was inappropriate with the child and told her grandmother, who said she would contact law enforcement if it happened again.

The Sheriff’s authorities tried to interview Francisco several times, but he repeatedly avoided their efforts.

A message that was left on a phone number registered in the sheriff’s register was left unanswered on Thursday by Francisco.
