Machine counting for the three municipalities in the county confirmed the results reported earlier this week.

Machine counting for the three municipalities in the county confirmed the results reported earlier this week.

Ray Caranci, a non-active Haverhill Council incumbent, Daniel Sohn and Addie Greene, who has held elected office, including a state representative, claimed the Mangonia Park seat. Longtime Commissioner Esther Berry held her South Bay seat.

Wendy Link, the election supervisor, said “the original numbers were there.” Voting flags flagged as a vote were really underrated, he said.

On Thursday, the Palm Beach County Painting Board announced automatic racing in three races: Haverhill Council Seat 2, Mangonia Park Seat 4 and South Bay Commission Seat 1. They started the recalculation on Friday and stopped before 1pm.

Two candidates were targeted in each competition, with each winner being singled out with less than half a percent of the vote.

Caranci won 50.16 per cent or 153 votes for the Haverhill Council seat.

Greene won 50.21 percent of the vote, or 119 total votes, from Mangonia Park Station, defeating opponent Kelisha Buchanan-Webb.

Berry received 50.13 percent of the vote, or 198 votes in full, to win challenger Michael Jackson for the role of the South Bay Commission.
